Return Policy

We have a 14-day conditional return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Not all items are refundable. See Non Refundable and Returnable items below.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it and unopened. For dry sea moss we cannot except returns but can provide a store credit if warranted.

To start a return, you can contact us by email at If return is accepted, send item back and we will reimburse you for shipping or provide a store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. Our staff will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Wildcrafted dry sea moss and sea moss gel cannot be returned. Sea Moss capsules cannot be returned if clear outer seal is broken. Soaps and Soursop leaves cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, waist trainers, water bottles, duffel bags and yoga mats and compartment shakers cannot be returned if item is worn, damaged or broken. Any return, exchanges, or credits are handled in which they are received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once returned and item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us first for approval.


We will notify you once we receive a returned item. Once inspected, we will let you know if the refund is eligible for approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
